POSITION AND MISSIONS
You are joining our Strategic Equity Capital Markets (SECM) team who is looking for a financial lawyer, for a 6-month internship fromApril 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
- Assist our lawyers on transactions (equity derivatives, financing, capital increases, stock market introductions...) or on the prolématics encountered,
- Conduct legal research,
- Contribute to legal documentation optimization projects,
- Participate in the case-law monitoring.
As a financial lawyer intern, you actively participate in the team's life by assisting the lawyers in their daily activities.
