Job Description

You join our M&A Business Management team within the Advisory & Coverage department, who is looking for a Business Manager for a 6-month internship starting from January 12, 2026.

You will work closely with the Business Manager and the Global Head of M&A in order to manage all the activity of the M&A shops owned by Natixis, and develop cross-sell opportunities.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Financial management (Business review, Budgets...);
* Controls of M&A activities: Internal audit of activities;
* Creation and modification of M&A network presentations;
* Maintaining the link between M&A shops and internal teams;
* Creation and transmission of communications and deal announcements;
* Preparation of M&A Calls (presentation materials...);
* Update of the different information distribution channels (website...).

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student at the BAC+4/5 level, you are preparing a degree from a business school or an engineering school, with a specialization in Management.

You have a good writing ability and oral and written communication skills.

You like to manipulate numbers and computer tools.

You are able to understand strategic and financial issues.

You know better than anyone what it means to be attentive to your clients.

You are recognized for your logical mind, your rigor, and your curiosity.

You have knowledge of the Office Pack.

And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
