Your role

Are you interested in private equity and complex financial transactions? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is key? Are you ready to support our team and clients with your expertise?

We're looking for an Intern in Back Office Securities Asset Transfers - Private Equity to

* process capital calls and private equity transactions, ensuring compliance and smooth execution on client accounts
* manage transactions involving unlisted securities, including subscriptions, disposals, transfers, and OTC operations
* reconcile and adjust positions between custodians and our internal accounts
* monitor instructions (SWIFT, fax, custodian tools), perform accounting controls, and manage pending items and adjustments
* archive documents, conduct research, and provide support to internal and external users
* collaborate with the Investments and Front Office teams to deliver excellent service

Your team

You'll be joining our dynamic Client and Trade Support team at UBS Europe SE, France Branch. We work closely with investment professionals and client advisors to ensure seamless processing of private equity and unlisted securities transactions. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality service and supporting the growth of our clients' investments.

Your expertise

* strong knowledge of financial markets and private equity
* excellent attention to detail and perseverance
* ability to work effectively in a team and meet tight deadlines
* strong analytical and critical thinking skills
* fluent in French and English, with excellent communication skills
* experience with SWIFT, OTC operations, or similar tools is a plus
