Job Description

You are joining our Fins'AIght team within the Finance department, which is looking for a Data Scientist, for a internship of 6 months from juillet 2026.
The Fins'AIght service is in charge of the Finance Department's Data & AI transformation across some twenty use cases (document intelligence, reporting automation, anomaly detection, predictive modeling, generative AI / LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, etc.).
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Process and structure unstructured data (PDF, Word, PowerPoint, emails, CSV) in order to make them usable for Data & AI uses;
* Design, prototype and test Generative AI solutions (LLM, advanced prompting, RAG pipelines with LangChain or equivalent frameworks) to meet the needs of Finance teams;
* Develop and industrialize Machine Learning models (scikit-learn, XGBoost) and automate the generation of documents/reports in Python;
* Contribute to the delivery of use cases for the Fins'Atlas program in close collaboration with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Finance teams;
* Participate in the continuous improvement of solutions (performance, robustness, quality of prompts, monitoring) and in the documentation of work.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

As a Bac +5 student, you are preparing a degree (university or engineering school), with a specialization in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.

You are proficient in Python and comfortable with the data ecosystem (data management, notebooks, best practices).
You have good knowledge of Generative AI: LLMs, prompting, RAG principles and associated frameworks (LangChain).
You know how to handle unstructured documents and adapt to different formats.
You master the fundamentals of Machine Learning and know how to use scikit-learn and ideally XGBoost.
You have some knowledge in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to contribute to simple POCs or interfaces.
Basics in SQL will be a plus.

You are curious, autonomous, proactive and solution-oriented.
You appreciate teamwork and know how to communicate with a variety of people.
