Job purpose :

The AI Innovation Data Intern supports digital and AI projects by documenting business needs, assisting the team with basic analysis and coordination tasks and support in collecting, organizing, and reviewing data. The role helps ensure project information is clear, up to date, and easy to use, while also supporting administrative activities that keep initiatives running smoothly.

Key Accountabilities :

Main areas of focus and accountability of the role - detail in order of importance the main areas of accountability of the role:

* Help collect, organize, and check data from sites or teams to support digital and AI projects

* Support the team in identifying missing information, data issues, or process gaps, and raise them to senior team members.

* Assist in preparing simple summaries of business problems, project needs, and expected outcomes.

* Help document meeting notes, action items, and basic business requirements so project teams have clear information

* Provide day-to-day support to the project lead by helping track tasks, follow up on updates, and prepare basic project materials.

* Assist pilot sites or project teams with data preparation, simple checks of results, and collecting feedback for further improvements.

* Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, updating trackers, organizing files, and maintaining project documentation

* Prepare simple status updates, presentations, or reports under guidance from senior team members.

Knowledge, Experience & Skills :

* Education & Qualifications :

Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Information Systems, Data, or a related field

* Experience :

Essential : Some academic, internship, or project experience in logistics, supply chain, business analysis, reporting, or administration

Desirable : Exposure to digital projects, data analysis, AI topics, or working in an international team environment

* Specialist Knowledge & Skills :

Essential : Basic understanding of warehouse or business processes; comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, and shared documentation tools; able to organize information carefully and accurately

Desirable : Interest in AI, data, or process improvement; familiarity with reporting tools or project coordination tasks

Interpersonal & Communication Skills :

Essential : Good written and verbal communication; willing to learn; organized and detail-oriented; able to support team coordination and administrative tasks

Desirable : Experience taking notes, preparing presentations, updating trackers, or supporting meetings and workshops
