Job Description
You join our team within the Investor Relations department of the AWM division, which is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager/RFQ, for an internship of 6 months from February 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Calls for Tenders: Your main mission will be to assist in the management and drafting of responses to calls for tenders, due diligence and consultant databases for Mirova's activities. You will work closely with the investment teams and the distribution platform. As such, you will be brought to:
* Coordinate / complete the responses to the call for tenders by involving the various contributors and requesting the right experts in accordance with deadlines, in French and English;
* Take charge of the response to due diligence questionnaires;
* Populate and maintain consultant databases;
* Being proactive on data analysis, dashboard;
* Keep the content bricks and RFP library up to date.
* Investor Relations: In connection with the team members, your mission will be to take charge of several strategies:
* The creation and updating of monitoring tools for top management;
* The management of information requests from the distribution platform and clients;
* Preparation of dedicated customer support;
* Managing requests for meetings and roadshows;
* Participation in the various projects entrusted to the team.
* These missions are not exhaustive and may be modified depending on the news and changes in the structure.
You will work closely with the members of the team in charge of investor relations and calls for tenders and will be led to work on topics/projects with high business stakes for the structure which will allow you to study different markets, expertises and products in an international context.
This mission will allow you to understand the functioning of a fast-growing structure integrated into a large group.
