YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:
This internship will take place in Rueil-Malmaison (92) Danone office at our headquarters starting from July 2026 . Styvenson Peña Vasquez, Global Senior Product owner of Employee Experience in the Global IT HR&ES Team will guide tour through your day to day tasks and help you grow in your role:

To thrive in your missions, you will be accompanied by Global IT&Data Employee Experience team responsible for Employee Experience and Engagement. Your key missions in our team will include:

* Contribute to the implementation of the key projects enhancing employee Experience at Danone Globally. Following projects definition, development, and implementations.
* Create, maintain, and support all the knowledge management strategy across projects in a dynamic digital ecosystem.
* Design and animate the engagement strategy of our communities of admin and users globally.
* Learn and develop skills in platforms like ServiceNow and Qualtrics, as well as support the existing and new initiatives related to these solutions.
* Assist the implementation of the global roadmap of Employee experience and engagement globally, addressing the key business priorities and HR Digital strategy.
But there are other areas of development according with your curiosity and proactivity
THE BENEFITS OF THIS INTERNSHIP:
* Up to 2 days/week of remote work
* Full reimbursement of Navigo pass/TCL subscription
* "Vendredi je grandis" program: development every Friday afternoon covering career, soft skills, and hard skills.
* INTERNSHIP : Compensation from EUR1,300 (Bachelor's +4 and gap year) to EUR1,500 (Bachelor's +5) gross/month.
* APPRENTICESHIP: Your compensation will depend on our salary scale based on your age and level of study.
* Benefits: company restaurant, gym, bike parking

For this position, we are looking for someone:
* Available from July 2026 for a duration of 6 months
* At the level of Bac+4/5 in university, business school, or engineering school
* Comfortable with Project management and multicultural teams
* Proactive, engaging and fast learner/tech passionate team player.
* Language : We need someone who is fluent in English and French, and another language will be highly appreciated.
* Software: able to work with Excel and different data sources / you feel comfortable with Power point, data base management and some knowledge of HTML coding / curious and wants to know more about the different SaaS platforms within our ecosystem.
