Global Marketing and Communication Assistant Intern

Description

Reporting to the Marketing team for Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle at the global headquarters in Paris, you will play a real day-to-day liaison role with the marketing, product development and communications team, helping to manage product launches and implement the global marketing strategy.
Product marketing
Competitive product/price intelligence & market research to formulate product development recommendations
Management of mock-ups and samples for all product developments
Follow-up of artworks on product developments
Analysis of business mix by country per quarter and formulation of recommendations
360° Marketing & Communication
Help design the tools required for activations and monitor their execution on a daily basis
Consolidation of reports and analysis of activations
Competitive intelligence on competitors' best practices in order to formulate activation recommendations in line with the brand's DNA
Manage community management on the brand's Instagram account
Help organize press, influencer and boutique events (creative follow-up, schedule management, coordination of production and various contacts, etc.)

Qualifications

Profile
As a student with a degree (Bac 3/4) from a business or communications school, you are comfortable with operational tasks and have a good command of office automation tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
You are rigorous and structured with an analytical mind, versatile, responsive, dynamic, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
You are fluent in French and English, have good writing skills and enjoy working in an international environment
