YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:
Within the Global Waters Category team, these internships will take place in Paris (75) at our headquarters starting from July 2026. Two positions are open, one focused in Sustainability Strategy and the other in Advocacy & Communication.
The topline sustainability team creates value by connecting Danone's sustainability ambitions and commitments with category and brand needs and opportunities.
Our main goal is to promote and defend the superiority of Waters as the healthiest and most sustainable source of hydration, and grow our brands (such as evian, Volvic, Bonafont, Aqua, Zywiec Zdroj, Mizone) to positively impact on people, planet and communities.
Eduardo, Global Waters Marketing, Sustainability & Advocacy Senior Director, will support you to thrive in your missions.
Sustainability Strategy Internship :
* Supporting initiatives aimed at equipping local teams to achieve sustainability commitments.
* Delivering sustainability transformation toolkits - completing desk research and internal interviewing to build topic toolkits
* Supporting the delivery of key presentations - presenting complex information in a clear and engaging way
* Leading ongoing market benchmarking & KPI tracking - continuing the tracking and improving the process of monitoring sustainability commitments
Advocacy & Communication Internship :
* Tracking the evolution of multiple stakeholders' perceptions on the Waters category, coordinating development of advocacy facts and data, and refreshing communication tools to continuously drive knowledge and pride.
* Producing internal content and campaigns to inform and engage Danoners and other stakeholders.
* Delivering advocacy and communication toolkits - working in collaboration with agencies and internal stakeholders.
* Supporting the delivery of key presentations - presenting complex information in a clear and engaging way.
THE BENEFITS OF THIS INTERNSHIP:
* You will partner with colleagues in global and local teams, across marketing, R&I (research & innovation), S&I (strategy & insights), regulatory and external sustainability agencies.
* Up to 2 days per week of remote work
* Full reimbursement of Navigo pass
* "Vendredi je grandis" program: development every Friday afternoon covering career, soft skills and hard skills.
* You will receive a compensation ranging from EUR1,300 (Bac+4 and gap year) to EUR1,500 (Bac+5) gross/month.
* Benefits: company restaurant, gym, bike parking and free yogurts!
For this position we are looking for someone:
* Available from July for a duration of 6 months
* You have a 4 to 5 years study level from university, business school or engineering school
* Strong business acumen: previous working experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry is a plus
* Team player, multi-tasker, enthusiastic, proactive, and able to work independently
* Able to quickly develop networks and work with senior stakeholders
* Confident using Excel, PowerPoint and AI tools.
* Fluent in English
