YOUR MISSION

* Accounts Receivables Management especially for our ECOM business
* Participation in ongoing projects internally
* Process accounting entries
* Process travel expenses
* Performing reconciliations of selected accounts
* Intercompany activities. Includes preparing reconciliations, invoice processing, balance confirmations, and reporting
* Preparation of monthly reports for external stakeholders.

YOUR TALENT

* Enrolled student for the whole period of the working student contract
* Ideally, first experience in Accounting, Controlling, Finance
* Very good MS Excel skills and good knowledge of other MS Office applications
* High degree of team spirit, commitment and motivation
* Flexibility, openness and communication skills
* Good English or German language skills
* Working hours: 2-3 days per week
* Start date: 15.03.2026; Duration: 6 months with a possibility of extension.
