Your Daily Responsibilities

* Support the development and implementation of asset management strategies
* Prepare and monitor budgets (Capex, Opex, etc.)
* Conduct cash flow analyses
* Perform market and tenant research
* Create internal and external templates and presentations for decision-making bodies
* Prepare and analyse reports (e.g., lease durations, payment arrears, rental income, etc.)
* Handle general administrative tasks

Are you our next Intern Real Estate - Asset Management (f/m/d)?

* Advanced studies in a business-related or economics-oriented field, ideally with a focus on real estate or finance
* Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Fluent in both written and spoken German and English
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* A team player with the ability to work independently and proactively
