Mandatory Internship in the Field of Engineering

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to support projects in Assembly and Interconnect Technology (AIT), with a focus on practical material reliability testing.
* During your internship, you will carry out hands-on metallurgical laboratory work, including preparing cross-sections and conducting optical microscopic analyses of AIT systems.
* You will help with the statistical evaluation of solder joint quality and reliability, as well as the structured documentation of results.
* Last but not least, this position will give you valuable practical experience at the interface of materials analysis, laboratory testing and data-driven evaluation

Requisiti del candidato:

Qualifications

* Education: Master studies in the field of Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or comparable
* Experience and Knowledge:
* of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint)
* laboratory experience
* basic materials engineering knowledge
* experience with the Python programming language desirable
* Personality and Working Practice: you are a curious individual with a hands-on approach and a structured working style; you pay close attention to detail
* Work Routine: your on-site presence is required
* Languages: business fluent in English
