We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Development and Operations Excellence Intern to join our team and support our commitment to employee growth and organizational excellence. The Talent Development and Operations Excellence will play a crucial role in facilitating training sessions for our team leads, assisting in onboarding new colleagues, analyzing business needs to develop effective learning methods, and contributing to process automation through innovative approaches. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent development, learning and performance strategy, and project management.

What You'll Do

* Lead a project focused on process automation, utilizing creative and cutting-edge approaches to streamline and optimize existing workflows (e.g. knowledge sharing platform)
* Collaborate with the Talent Development team to design, plan, and deliver engaging training sessions in German and English for GIGA leads that enhance leadership and managerial skills
* Assist in the onboarding process of new colleagues by creating and updating onboarding materials, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth integration into the organization
* Conduct regular needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities within the organization, and develop targeted learning solutions accordingly

What You'll Bring

* Currently working towards a BS, MS, or advanced degree in a relevant engineering program such as Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Software Engineering, Marketing or related field.
* Fluent in German & English
* Highly motivated to learn and positive 'can do' attitude
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and connect with individuals at all levels of the organization.
* Strong passion for the Tesla products and mission, the importance for talent development, learning, and process improvement
* Creative thinker with the capability to think outside of the box and challenge the status quo
* Analytical mindset with the ability to simplify the complex and generate innovate solutions
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a dynamic and fast paced work environment
* Experience of Microsoft 365
