Your Role
Are you passionate about shaping the future of technology through strategic projects and investments? Join our dynamic M&A team at Infineon and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of the M&A process, from project support to target searches. We welcome students from all backgrounds.

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Expand your horizons: Collaborate with experienced professionals on M&A projects, supporting transactions from initiation to closing
* Take responsibility: Conduct market and industry research, including regular target searches for potential investments
* Shape the future: Prepare presentations for key decision-makers and discuss results with business leaders. Contribute your ideas for driving innovation; knowledge of AI and prompting is a plus
* Teamwork is dreamwork: Apply and develop your analytical, project management, and communication skills in a supportive team environment

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Study field: You are currently studying Business, Economics, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or a related field
* Way of working: You enjoy working in diverse teams and value open communication and collaboration
* Skills: You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable with tools like Excel and PowerPoint, and interested in M&A, strategic investments, and technology trends
* Experience: Experience with M&A topics and project management is a plus
* Availability: You are available for 3-6 months
* Language skills: You are fluent in English; German is a plusPlease attach the following documents to your application:
