This is what you can expect:

* Social media management: Active support in managing, publishing and analyzing content on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube to increase brand awareness.
* Project ownership: Independent management and creative implementation of own projects in collaboration with our agencies.
* Trend scouting: Identification of the latest social media trends and preparation for the internal trend report in line with target groups.
* Content & Creation: Supervision of production days including taking over Instagram story takeovers and creative preparation of information.
* Brand Support: Assistance with administrative tasks within the team to make the congstar brand shine on all channels.

This is what you have in your luggage:

* Qualification: Completed studies or training with a focus on marketing, media management, business administration or a comparable subject area.
* Full power deployment: availability for 6-12 months full time (with a presence of at least 30% in our office at Rheinauhafen in Cologne).
* Social media DNA: Great passion for social networks, particularly TikTok and Instagram, as well as a secure use of MS Office.
* Creative way of working: A structured and independent approach combined with quick comprehension and a large portion of creativity.
* Camera presence: Don't be afraid of the lens and enjoy appearing as the face of the brand in Instagram stories or campaigns.
