Internship Position | Receptionist
Department: Rooms Division
Location: Greece (Halkidiki, Corfu, Kos or Crete island) & Spain (Marbella & Mallorca)
Duration: 3 - 6 months (between March - November)
Your Main Responsibilities
· Welcome and greet guests, providing friendly, efficient, and courteous service.
· Perform check-in, check-out, and payment transactions accurately.
· Handle telephone calls, guest inquiries, complaints, and front office tasks efficiently.
· Maintain excellent knowledge of the resort, its facilities, daily events, activities, and F&B functions to provide accurate information to guests.
· Stay informed about daily hotel operations, including arrivals, departures, VIP guests, and special events.
· Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, grooming, and professional appearance at all times
