What awaits you?

* Supporting Sales Operations dpt.

* Supporting Customs Clearance & Invoicing processes

* Monitoring Transportations procedures

* Administrating customs brokers, transportations suppliers and BMW official Dealer Network

* Monitoring daily and monthly Reports & KPI's

In detail:

* Sending Arrival Notices Internally & Externally (Update for possible delays and pick up dates from port)

* Preparing arrival documents (COC and AG Invoices)

* Preparing sales Allowances / Bonus payment documents (Sales, AS, MC)

* Monitoring Distribution Process (Requested - Pending - Delivered)

* Supporting vehicle's registrations process

* Monitoring vehicle's statuses and creating tickets when needed

* Supporting Customs Clearance Process (Dealer Network update for CC dates)

* Checking (monthly) PDI - Retail Date - Warranty Date.

What should you bring along?

*  University degree in Business Administration or other relevant field
*  Analytical skills and results orientation
*  High organizational skills
*  Strong process orientation
*  Fluency in English
*  Good communication skills (written and verbal)
*  Basic Knowledge of car related topics
