Job Description

* Assist the hospitality team with day-to-day hotel and guest service operations.
* Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
* Support Front Office activities, including check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries.
* Assist the Food & Beverage team with restaurant and banquet operations.
* Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest requirements are handled efficiently.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.
* Handle guest requests and escalate complaints or issues to the appropriate supervisor.
* Assist with events, meetings, conferences, and banquet functions when required.
* Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and service standards.
* Maintain professional communication with guests, colleagues, and management.
* Complete assigned administrative and operational tasks.

Qualifications

* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Customer-service-oriented attitude.
* Basic knowledge of hotel operations.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
* Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
* Professional appearance and positive attitude.
