The SEA Integrated Marketing team (IMC) - Merchandise Campaign Operations drives end-to-end campaign merchandise strategy to ensure strong seller participation, competitive pricing, and high-quality assortment across SEA. The team focuses on optimizing campaign product pools, improving price competitiveness, and maximizing GMV through structured registration strategies and close collaboration with Category and Account Management teams. By balancing commercial performance and platform governance, the team plays a key role in delivering impactful campaign outcomes and enhancing the overall shopping experience on TikTok Shop. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support Merchandise Campaign Operations initiatives. This role will focus on assisting campaign registration tracking, product assortment curation, and pricing competitiveness analysis to ensure smooth campaign execution. The intern will gain hands-on experience in e-commerce campaign operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to support seller onboarding, monitor campaign performance, and identify opportunities to improve GMV outcomes and overall campaign effectiveness. Responsibilities 1. Market Analysis: Support market research by collecting and organizing insights on industry trends, competitor movements, and business needs to identify growth opportunities. 2. Campaign Operations: Assist in campaign setup and configuration across relevant channels, while supporting process optimization and execution improvements. 3. Data Analysis: Analyze campaign and promotional performance data, and provide insights to support iterative improvements and decision-making. 4. Daily Operations: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Category, AM, Ops) to support campaign registration, improve participation rates, and ensure smooth execution

Requisiti del candidato:

Minimum Qualifications 1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel or other data tools. 2. Detail-oriented with strong execution ability and ability to manage multiple tasks. 3. Available for a minimum 6-month internship, full-time (4 days per week). Preferred Qualifications 1. Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and campaign operations. 2. Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong sense of ownership. 3. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
