Role and Key accountabilities
The Primary Market Admissions Intern will have responsibility to:
* Deliver a positive and differentiated experience to Euronext customers at all times.
* Act as first point of contact for listing applications for Euronext Dublin markets.
* Allocate debt and funds document submissions / listing applications to team members.
* Review applications from companies seeking admission of their debt securities to listing and trading on Euronext Dublin.
* Apply Euronext and EU regulatory standards to listing/trading applications on a robust, timely and consistent basis.
* Liaise with listing agents, legal firms, service providers and international financial firms on issues arising on listing applications.
* Process invoices and maintain bulk accounts for customers.
* Assist on AML/KYC remediation project in relation to onboarding of customers.
* Deal with/allocate queries from public and listing agents and other internal Departments.
* Input into other ancillary tasks related to Admissions
