About the role

We are seeking a proactive and curious Marketing Intern who enjoys research, planning, and creative execution. This role provides exposure across digital, research, and marketing operations within the Dairy Ingredients and Nutritional Ingredients portfolio.

At Kerry Dairy Ireland we offer a flexible working policy. This role is hybrid, with 3 days per week in the Tralee office.

What will I be doing?

Digital & Social Support

* Assist in managing the LinkedIn content calendar
* Draft posts and support engagement analysis
* Help maintain a consistent digital presence

Market Research & Insights

* Conduct desk research using Euromonitor, Innova, and other sources
* Support market opportunity assessments for different geographies
* Summarise insights into simple, clear formats for commercial teams

Marketing Operations & Coordination

* Help track progress of marketing plans and key projects
* Coordinate with cross functional teams and agency to gather updates
* Support creation of decks, reports, and meeting materials

Content & Communication

* Draft simple written content as needed (slides, briefs, summaries)
* Ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment across marketing materials
* Support storytelling and messaging development

What You Will Gain

What do I need to be successful?

These include:

* Strong verbal and written communication
* Good analytical and research skills
* Interest in B2B or ingredient marketing
* Familiarity with LinkedIn
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* Multiple language is a plus
* Must be a business or marketing graduate (bachelor's or master's).

Candidates currently enrolled in full time study will not meet the criteria for this role.
