Intern (Student Project Manager)

We are looking for a motivated Intern (Student Project Manager) to join our PMO team and contribute to a global R&D environment. In this role, you will support internal and external software projects while gaining hands-on experience in project coordination, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration. This is an excellent opportunity for a student eager to develop practical project management skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

* Collect and monitor key performance metrics, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
* Prepare reports and draft presentations to communicate project updates to stakeholders and senior team members
* Support project data collection, analysis, and dashboard updates
* Track key performance indicators and highlight trends or risks
* Assist in coordinating activities between cross-functional teams and stakeholders
* Contribute to process improvements and continuous enhancement of reporting practices

For This Role, You Will Need:

* Ongoing studies in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Good written and verbal communication skills in English
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
* Attention to detail and a proactive, results-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

* Experience with Azure DevOps, especially dashboards and queries
* Familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools
* Exposure to project management concepts or methodologies
* Interest in working in a global, cross-functional environment
