Internship within the Collection Merchandising Kids Team

As a member of the Collection Merchandising Kids Team, the candidate will be closely involved in activities related to collection development and overseeing the product lifecycle, enhancing market expertise and supporting the effective execution of seasonal launches within the Kids categories. The aim of this internship is to analyse how innovative solutions can facilitate a deeper and more rapid understanding of the market, competitor offerings, and emerging trends.
Business Master degree, a first experience or internship highly valuable; Strong analytics skills and perfect use of Microsoft package (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI...); Passion and good knowledge of the fashion and luxury industry, particularly concerning the Kids' market (Junior, Baby, Footwear) from a technical perspective; Great energy and proactive attitude, product sensitivity; Hands-on and problem solving approach in a highly complex environment (able to deliver under short deadlines); Fluency in Italian and English.
