BOTTEGA VENETA WW Sample Intern (Curricular Internship)

We are currently seeking a WW Sample Intern as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

How you will contribute:

* Manage sample life cycle
* Coordination of samples requests for following departments: Design, visual merchandising, e-commerce, product development, other internal requests
* Collaborate with ateliers to maintain sample quality returning from Campaigns / Internal Projects
* Keep the warehouses and office organized and manage samples distribution in all warehouses
* Manage packaging orders
* Preparation of sample set for events/fashion show and internal projects.
* Using Fashion GPS tool to track all the samples movements

Who you are:

· Fluent in English (written and spoken)
· Eligible for 6 months curricular internship
· Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
· High attention to detail and sensitivity to luxury
· Organizational skills - ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent communication skills: ability to liaise with others inside the organization, superb listening and reasoning
· Confident, dynamic, pro-active, well organized and driven mind set
· Collaborative team player
· Ease in working in a fast-changing environment
