The Opportunity
Are you fascinated by the digital landscape and online consumer experiences? We are looking for tech-savvy, innovative students and recent graduates to join our Digital teams across all divisions for a 6-month internship.
At L'Oréal, the digital ecosystem is vast and dynamic. Depending on your profile and our business needs, you may work across different specialized functions, such as:
* E-Commerce & Retail: Managing online storefronts, optimizing site merchandising, and driving online sales performance with our pure-player and brick-and-mortar retail partners.
* Media & Performance Marketing: Supporting digital media campaigns, programmatic buying, and traffic acquisition to maximize brand visibility and ROI.
* CRM & Data: Analyzing consumer behavior, managing email and personalization campaigns, and driving loyalty strategies.
* Digital Content & Social Strategy: Collaborating on engaging online content, beauty tech integrations, and social-first activations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting day-to-day operations and project management within your assigned digital function.
* Monitoring digital performance metrics, traffic, conversion rates, and campaign KPIs.
* Conducting benchmark analyses and staying up-to-date with emerging digital trends and beauty tech.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, and external agencies).
What We Are Looking For:
* Master's degree student or recent graduate in Digital Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Communication, or related fields.
* A strong digital mindset, analytical aptitude, and curiosity for new technologies.
* Fluency in Italian and English (French is a plus).
* Agile, creative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
