About the Internship

This role is an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on experience in fintech, structured finance, and data analytics, all while working in a fast-paced and innovative environment. If you're ready to take on the challenge, we'd love to have you on board!

Responsibilities:

* Be part of the communication with clients/ users to understand their needs and translate them into detailed business and technical requirements for software developers.
* Prepare and maintain documentation, such as Business Requirements Documents and user product documentation, ensuring accuracy, updates, and accessibility for the team.
* Assist in creating test cases or scenarios based on requirements and participate in verifying that the solutions meet business needs and expectations.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, share updates, and gather feedback to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
* Conduct research on industry trends, competitor processes, and best practices to support informed decision-making and provide insights to the team.
* Offer basic support to end-users during the implementation of new systems or features, helping to resolve issues and ensure smooth adoption.
* Support on preparing and delivering polished presentations to stakeholders, summarizing findings, project updates, and recommendations effectively.

What We're Looking For

* A degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.
* A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and take on challenges.
* Basic understanding of the financial services domain.
* Flexible, team-oriented, and equipped with good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Nice to have - Knowledge in SQL and relational databases.
This is a full-time internship that requires a commitment to a daily schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
