Job Description

Your opportunity

We are currently looking for an intern to join the Accounting team at our office based in Scandicci starting in September.

How you will contribute

* Processing of self-invoices, suppliers invoices and proforma

* Financial data administration in SAP, BI tool (Insight) is a plus

* Reconciliation & clearing of transitory accounts

* Supporting payments processing

* Keeping track of order cycle, invoices and payments' approvals

* Posting and issuing invoices, allocation and cost evaluation

* Supporting in inter-company reconciliations

* Cooperating with controlling department to support the monthly reporting and budget/forecast activities

Who you are

* Successful studies in Finance, Management, Business or similar

* Good understanding of General Accounting (local GAAPs)

* Good interpersonal and communication skills

* Good knowledge of Office 365, in particular Excel

* Fluent in Italian and English
