Your role

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer Internship who will:

Main responsibilities:

* Preventative/Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM): design and refine maintenance schedules to minimize unplanned downtime.

* Root Cause Analysis (RCA): lead investigations into equipment failures and implement permanent technical solutions to prevent recurrence.

* Life Cycle Management: evaluate the "health" of machinery and provide recommendations for overhauls, upgrades, or replacements.

* Troubleshooting skills: support for maintenance technicians on complex electrical, mechanical, or automation (PLC) issues.

* Project Management: oversee capital projects (CAPEX), including the installation and commissioning of new equipment.

* Compliance & Safety

* Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Write and update technical manuals and safety protocols.

* Regulatory Alignment: Ensure all machinery meets local and federal safety standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO, or EHS requirements).

Main requirements:

* Data analysis, Problem solving, Lean techniques, Proficient in MS applications (Excel,Word,Powerpoint),

* Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineer

* Good working knowledge of English (read, write, speak with ease)
