Purpose of the position: As Process Engineer you will be part of the ENCAR Process and Technologies Function. You will support the process team to develop process engineering activities and deliverables for onshore and/or floater projects in different engineering phases (feasibility, FEED, EPC), as needed.
How can you support us?
With the support of a senior process engineer, you will be able to contribute to the development of process activities, such as:
* develop Heat and Material Balances using simulation software
* develop Process Flow diagrams to show unit operations necessary to convert feedstocks into on-specification products
* perform hydraulic and thermal calculations on piping systems
* define and size Equipment and Instrumentation and prepare relevant Process Data sheets and Package Duty Specification
* elaborate Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
* elaborate Cause and Effect Matrix
* develop Control Narratives and Logic Sequences
* define the utilities requirements and contribute to the design of the associated systems
* take part in multidisciplinary project reviews such as P&IDs Review, HAZOP, etc
What are we looking for?
Education: Master's Degree in chemical engineering
Languages: Proficient in English (writing, reading and speaking)
Technical Knowledge: as a plus, experience with process simulation softwares (Aspen Hysys, AspenPlus, Aveva PRO II, etc.)
What else should you know? This position may provide exposure to national and international projects and the chance to work closely with diverse, multicultural teams.
