Il candidato selezionato per lo stage CURRICULARE in Market Access sarà inserito nell'unità Tender & Market Access Operations e coinvolto direttamente nella gestione di tutte le fasi necessarie alla partecipazione alle procedure di gara per l'acquisto di farmaci, ed in altre attività amministrative in ambito Accesso legate principalmente alla gestione delle richieste di rimborsi legate ad accordi negoziali con AIFA.
Il candidato acquisirà le seguenti competenze fondamentali:
* Conoscenza strutturata del sistema delle gare pubbliche per l'acquisto di farmaci all'interno del SSN dalla pubblicazione del bando all'aggiudicazione;
* Comprensione del funzionamento del Codice degli Appalti e la sua applicazione concreta nelle procedure di gara in ambito farmaceutico;
* Comprensione del meccanismo dei rimborsi legati ad accordi negoziali con AIFA e la loro gestirne operativa all'interno di una azienda farmaceutica;
* Comprensione della gestione delle fidejussioni bancarie legate alle procedure di gara.
Il candidato/a ideale avrà le seguenti caratteristiche:
* Laureato o Laureando in materie economiche o scientifiche
* Ottimo utilizzo di Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* Capacità di analisi, con attenzione ai dettagli, capacità organizzative e capacità di stabilire efficacemente le priorità
* Capacità di lavorare in modo indipendente e collaborativo
* Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese

On-site Protocol
BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:
Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture. For field-based and remote-by-design roles the ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function.
