HUB Tour Guide & Corporate Events Intern

Within the Malpensa HUB - a vibrant and cutting-edge facility, among the most advanced in Europe, where technology, operational pace and international energy come together every day - we are looking for a HUB Tour Guide & Corporate Events Intern.
By supporting the Internal Communications team at the Malpensa HUB, you will have the opportunity to help others experience our HUB through fresh eyes: you will guide guests, partners and colleagues in discovering the beating heart of our operations, contributing to meaningful moments of connection, curiosity and engagement through guided tours and internal events that showcase who we are and strengthen the sense of belonging within our community.

Main Responsibilities
* Planning of visits and events: calendar management, stakeholder coordination and organizational support.
* Hub Tour management: preparing spaces and materials, delivering guided tours and presenting HUB processes.
* Corporate events support: assisting in the planning and execution of internal events, open days and cross-functional activities.
* Event logistics: managing materials, setups, participant flows, and liaising with suppliers and internal teams.
* Content creation: support in preparing scripts and presentations.
* Feedback & reporting: collecting feedback, updating KPIs and supporting reporting activities.

Skills
* Tourism diploma or Degree/Master's in Communication, Public Relations, Languages, Event Management, Tourism, Marketing or related fields.
* Excellent communication, public speaking and event management skills.
* Good command of English.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Ability to manage groups and interact effectively with diverse audiences.

What We Offer
* 6-month internship (curricular or extracurricular) with the possibility of extension.
* Monthly allowance: EUR800 + meal vouchers.
* Full-time schedule: 9:00-18:00 (with possible variations based on events/company activities).
* Location: DHL Malpensa Hub (Milan Malpensa Airport - Cargo City) with the possibility of smart working.
