Ready to play your part?

You will join our Headquarters in Florence, being part of the Facility Management Team, supporting the following activities:
* Organization and coordination of routine and extraordinary system maintenance.
* Management and monitoring of Building Management Systems (BMS), electrical systems, and special systems.
* Reception, management, and verification of fault reports and department requests.
* Report generation, recording management, and cost control.
* Support in budget management and contracts, ensuring compliance with service levels.
* Project management for environmental improvement and energy efficiency projects.

What you'll bring
* Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Automation)
* The knowledge of Italian is mandatory - English will be a plus
* Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Excel in particular) and Autocad
* Good knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems (MV, LV, photovoltaic) and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS, generators).
* Dynamism, flexibility, responsiveness, results orientation and initiative
