A Day in the Life

You will provide day-to-day support to the Field Development specialists and partial support to the Business Lead in their various activities. You will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our business operations

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Supporting the Field Development specialists and partially the Business Lead:
* Create reports and recommendations; analyze and interpret large datasets
* Assist in monitoring and coordinating projects (educational events, product launches)
* Provide occasional on-site support for documentation and event logistics
* Conduct market research and assess competitive environment\

Internship details:
* Start date: January/February 2026
* Duration: 6 months
* Based in Almaty or Astana City
* Working model: Primarily remote work (occasional field presence required for document assistance and event organization)
* Working hours: 25 hours per week

Required knowledge:
* Final year of Bachelor's or first year of Master's in business, economics, IT, or healthcare
* Fluent in Russian and B2/C1 in English
* Good knowledge of MS office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Skilled in Interpreting big data (pivot tables)
* Punctuality and attention to detail
* Strong verbal & written communication skills

Would be a plus:
* Medical education
* Knowledge of Kazakh language
* Eagerness to learn and develop
