About the Role TikTok Shop is looking for a Logistics Communications & Marketing Intern to support our seller communications for GS POP. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants exposure to product marketing, seller comms, and cross-functional execution at a fast-growing eCommerce platform. You'll work closely with the Logistics Marketing team to help create, localise, and deliver Chinese-language content that helps sellers understand and adopt our logistics services. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Responsibilities - Content Support & Localisation: Help draft and adapt Chinese-language seller-facing content (how-to guides, email copy, Seller Centre messaging) based on templates and briefs from the wider team. - Translation Review: Review Chinese translations for tone, accuracy, and clarity, flagging issues rather than simply passing content through. - Campaign Support: Assist with campaign execution, tracking timelines, and pulling together supporting materials for GS POP communications. - Insights Support: Help organise and summarise seller feedback and basic performance data to support the wider team's reporting. - Cross-functional Coordination: Support communication with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Operations) to keep content and timelines on track

Requisiti del candidato:

Minimum qualifications: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field) - Strong written and verbal English communication skills - Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable managing multiple small tasks at once - Genuine interest in eCommerce, marketing, or logistics
