Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for:

INTERN IN FUEL SUPPLY OPERATIONS

Type of Employment: Temporary contract (6 months)
Location: Riga, Latvia
Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)

WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Support fuel supply operations, we can offer one of or combined insights to:
* Fuel demand: forecasting/planning/dispatching;
* Daily fossil and renewable fuel shipping and railing operations: coordinating vessel and rail loading/unloading, documentation flow, vetting and more;
* Working with sustainability-related tasks, help to streamline the process;
* Work directly with Electronic & Risk Management System and help to follow exposure within the fuel chain;
* Help team members with daily tasks;
* Perform other department's tasks according to manager's assignment.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
* Student of Logistics, Maritime, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or other relevant;
* Willingness to develop professionally within the Supply and Trading department;
* Availability to work full-time, regular office hours with possibility to make minor adjustments to comply with your study schedule if needed;
* Fluency in English (both, verbal and written) for daily communication with colleagues in Europe;
* Good computer skills, particularly Excel;
* Comfortable to learn and start using new systems;
* Precise, organized and stress resistant personality;
* Improvement driven and good team player.
