Descrizione del lavoro:

* Assist in drafting, reviewing and updating contracts and legal documents.
* Track contract status and ensure timely updates and renewals.
* Assist with maintaining company records, including board resolutions and corporate filings.
* Manage legal documentation and filing systems.
* Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations and prepare summaries and reports on legal findings.
* Administrative support.
* Assisting the department with day-to-day matters.
* Support the compliance department in handling compliance-related matters, including creation of compliance communications

Qualifikationen

* Field of study: Law Degree
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

* Familiar with Canva Apps or similar tools
* Strong command of English and Malay (spoken and written)
* Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
* Willingness to learn and pick-up matters proactively
