Internship - Talent Solutions Talent Solutions is a business line that helps organizations attract, develop, and retain top talent through innovative strategies and data-driven insights. In this role, you will assist the team by conducting research, performing data analysis, and preparing communication materials such as presentations, proposals, and videos to support internal projects and business development initiatives across various functions. Your work will contribute to improving processes and enhancing the effectiveness of talent-related programs. What the day will look like Gain exposure to consulting project delivery and data analysis within a professional services environment. Assist the team in supporting talent and rewards initiatives. Validate and analyze organizational data for consulting projects and help develop reports. Provide preliminary research to support proposal development, report writing, and the creation of webinar materials and white papers. Help prepare professional and engaging consulting deliverables, including PowerPoint presentations, PDF reports, and proposals. Work with seniors to understand client needs and help tailor proposals and presentations that address business challenges and solutions. Provide support on other tasks or projects as needed by the team. Skills and experience that will lead to success: Fresh graduate or final-year student in Human Resources, Insurance, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Able to work independently when needed, as well as collaborate as part of a team. Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Available to commit full-time for a minimum of 3 months.
