As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Candidates who pass resume screening will be invited to participate in TikTok's technical online assessment. The fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) team, where we focus on curating and scaling everyday consumer categories on TikTok Shop. We work closely with brands and creators to deliver engaging, data-driven strategies that shape how users discover and shop on the platform. Responsibilities - Campaign planning for category events, Super brand day and other major seller & brand marketing campaigns with TikTok - Comprehensive understanding for Live-streaming content operation and product assortment strategy - Work as a Campaign Executive with related stakeholders to ensure the campaign is running smoothly, including promotion setting, creator sourcing, product delivery track, and communication with cross functional teams - Monitor real-time campaign/ project performance and keep tracking of post campaign performance evaluation - Support to help in any other general ad-hoc duties

Requisiti del candidato:
