We are looking for enthusiastic interns to join our talent pipeline and support the delivery of our services. As part of DHL IT Services, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our mission of reinforcing DHL's position as the global leader in transportation and logistics through IT integration, project management, consulting, development, and end-to-end support services for DHL business units worldwide. We welcome students who are adaptable, eager to learn, and excited to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic IT environment.

During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas:
Responsibilities:
* Support content creation and write-ups for the Secure Public Cloud Services Portal, including clear service information, user guidance, AI content, and videos
* Explore and apply AI to simplify and automate ordering and onboarding workflows in the public cloud area
* Collaborate with the team to gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources
* Actively share knowledge or experience with others
Requirements: 
* Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent
* Current Academic result: CGPA > 3.0/ 2nd Class Upper (Hons)
* Required skill(s): structured thinking, project coordination, basic understanding of public cloud concepts, stakeholder communication, and ability to organize information clearly
* Preferred skill(s): Azure or Google Cloud basics, interest in AI, automation, content creation, video creation, and willingness to work on AI-related projects in the public cloud area
* Required language(s): strong written and spoken English
* Internship period of minimum 3 - 6 months
* Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya

Hi, my name is Pamela Lim and I'm a team manager. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2003, when I took a role as Associate Development Specialist in the Application Development team. Gaining more hands-on experience with Spare Part Logistics has always fascinated me, so I moved to the Customer Integration Services team. From there, I moved fast through the company ladder and soon landed a Release Manager role. In 2011, I moved to a management role, being Head of Database and Middleware and now took on the role of Head of Cloud Portfolio Management from year 2024. Together with the strong support of a multinational & diverse team, we are working on our common ambition - Secure and Resilient Cloud. Looking forward to having you onboard!
