We are looking for enthusiastic interns to join our talent pipeline and support the delivery of our services. As part of DHL IT Services, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our mission of reinforcing DHL's position as the global leader in transportation and logistics through IT integration, project management, consulting, development, and end-to-end support services for DHL business units worldwide. We welcome students who are adaptable, eager to learn, and excited to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic IT environment.

During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas:
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to support AI and business solutions.
* Assist in developing, training, testing, and optimizing AI/ML models and intelligent automation solutions.
* Apply data analysis, data modelling, and prompt engineering techniques to design, improve, and maintain data structures, workflows, and AI-driven applications.
* Support the integration of AI services, APIs, and data pipelines into business processes and applications.
* Document technical findings, solution designs, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.
* Actively share knowledge, learn from team members, and contribute to innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Participate in proof-of-concepts (POC), experimentation, and evaluation of emerging AI technologies and tools.
Requirements: 
* Candidate must be pursuing or have recently completed a bachelor's degree in computer science/ Information Technology, /Artificial Intelligence/ Data Science,/Software Engineering, or a related field.
* Current academic performance: CGPA = 3.0 / Second Class Upper Honours (or equivalent).
* Programming in Python
* Basic understanding of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence concepts
* Data Analysis and problem-solving skills
* Good to have any experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, or AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI, Azure AI Services)
* Available for an internship period of at least 3 months.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya, Malaysia.

Hi, my name is Vikash Kumar and I'm Head of Subdomain. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2010, when I took a role as Analyst in the B2BiCC CIS EU team. Gaining more hands-on experience with customer integration has always fascinated me. From there, I moved fast through the company ladder and soon landed a Head of subdomain role. In 2025, I moved to a management role, being Team manager Together with the strong support of a multinational & diverse team, we are working on our common ambition - technology.
