Job Description

Tasks:
* Key-in Inbound shipping data into Inbound Tracking System.
* Issue Collection Advice to Collect sample item from Standard and Industrial Research Institute of Malaysia (SIRIM)
* File Customs Consolidate Statement documents
* Provide Consolidate Statement and Invoice copy to Business Unit (GB) upon request.
Projects:
* Update Harmonized System Code of new Stock-Keeping Unit into Tariff code file
* Communicate with Malaysia Royal Custom department for duty
* Drawback claim

Requisiti del candidato:

Qualifications

* Candidate that is pursuing a Bachelor in Logistics/ Supply Chain.
* Preferable 6 months of internship compulsory commitment.
* Required language(s): Fluent command in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
* Required skill(s): Intermediate Excel Skills
* Joining date: January 2026
