Internship, Operations Support, Corporate Clients and Solutions

Job Summary
Support the Corporate Clients & Solutions (CCS) Sales team in delivering efficient administrative and operational services for Employee Benefits (EB) business. The internship provides hands-on exposure to insurance operations, including policy administration, reporting, billing, renewal management and customer service. Interns will gain practical knowledge of the Employee Benefits insurance business, develop technical and analytical skills, and build a strong foundation in insurance operations while contributing to the team's service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
* Generate and prepare policy related reports including claim listings, member listings, Statement of Account (SOA), Schedule of Benefits (SOB), and premium listings accurately and within the required turnaround time..
* Assist in sending renewal reminders and support renewal-related administrative activities.
* Process and issue E-billing requests promptly and accurately upon request.
* Monitor and respond to enquiries received through Microsoft Teams group chats, ensuring timely follow-up and escalation where necessary.
* Provide administrative and operational support for urgent requests and adhoc assignments assigned by the team.

Key Requirements
* Candidate is pursuing/possesses Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Finance /Accountancy related discipline.
* Independent, fast learner and good team player.
* Good Microsoft Excel skill.
* Internship period of at least 3 months is preferred
* Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT for tasks simplification
