Project Coordinator / Intern to support project planning, execution, and monitoring activities. This role is ideal for candidates who are organized, analytical, and eager to gain hands-on experience in project management.

The Project Coordinator / Intern will assist in tracking project progress, analyzing data, monitoring costs, and identifying risks and issues to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

* Project Tracking
* Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
* Maintain and update project trackers and dashboards
* Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date
* Data Analysis
* Collect and analyze project-related data
* Generate reports and insights for stakeholders
* Identify trends and areas for improvement

* Cost Tracking
* Track project expenses against budget
* Support budget forecasting and variance analysis
* Assist in preparing financial summaries

* Risk & Issue Identification
* Proactively identify project risks and potential issues
* Maintain risk and issue logs
* Support mitigation planning and follow-up actions

Requisiti del candidato:

* Diploma/Degree (or currently pursuing) in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Project Management, Finance, or related field

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills

* Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, basic formulas, charts)

* Strong communication and reporting skills

* Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy
