Internship in Facility Management (Civil)

Job Description

* Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of building infrastructure, facilities, and civil engineering assets.
* Support facility inspections and identify maintenance or repair requirements.
* Monitor contractor activities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project requirements.
* Assist in planning and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
* Support space management, renovation, and facility improvement projects.
* Prepare and update maintenance records, reports, drawings, and documentation.
* Participate in facility audits, safety inspections, and compliance activities.
* Assist engineers in troubleshooting building and infrastructure-related issues.
* Support cost estimation and tracking of facility maintenance expenditures.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth facility operations

Requisiti del candidato:

Qualifications

* Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Building Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Strong interest in Facility Management and building maintenance operations.
* Basic knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction materials, and building systems.
* Familiarity with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, or other engineering software is an advantage.
* Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
* Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
* Internship duration of at least 4 to 6 months is preferred
