Internship for Failure Analysis team

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

* To support engineer on failure analysis task in the laboratory
* To support analytical activities related to package/process technologies using various analysis tools (optical microscope, scanning acoustic microscope)
* Sample preparation techniques in failure analysis lab

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Chemical) or Science (Chemistry / Physics / Material), or any related field
* Minimum CGPA of 3.00 and above
* Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively
