As an Cost Estimation Ford Champ, you will be responsible of supports the Global Total Cost team by assisting Engineering, Design, and Testing (ED&T) cost estimators in analyzing supplier quotes, preparing cost status updates, and maintaining structured cost-estimation deliverables. Under close supervision, the trainee learns Ford cost estimation methods and program timing fundamentals to help improve efficiency and enable cost optimization opportunities across vehicle programs and commodities

Requisiti del candidato:

What you´ll need:
* Active student from any of the last 2 semesters of Bachelor's degree program (in progress) in Engineering or related field: Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Systems, Software, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
* 90% English skills (Oral, reading, writing, and listening)
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Basic proficiency in Excel (tables, formulas, sorting/filtering; pivot tables a plus).
* Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and willingness to learn structured processes.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
* Interest or coursework related to cost, manufacturing, purchasing, or product development.
* Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI) or presentation tools (PowerPoint).
* Experience in student projects involving supplier comparisons, BOMs, or cost models
