About the role

Standardization and document management ILX project deployment in Customer Experience and Finance service lines.

Key responsibilities

1. Review, verify, guarantee and build Standard Operating Procedures and Work instructions, ensuring with the SME taht they're current, that the process to execute the activity of the standard is relevant, ensure that these standards were agreed by the team and the stakeholders to whom they apply.
2. Accommodate the standard (SOP, POL, WI) in the official INTELEX template
3. Request Sing off documents- ready to upload
4. Support in documents upluad to Intelex.

Qualifications and skills

Student - Finance, Administration, etc.
Microsoft tools, intermediate/advanced english (B2), enthusiasm and attention to detail
