Responsibilities: - Support central projects to drive platform growth and achieve multiple targets, including but not limited to campaigns, affiliate, content scenarios, shoptab. - Able to conduct meticulous resource management, market research and other operational works with moderate guidance. - Coordinate related cross-functional teams' resources to ensure the normal and orderly development and implementation of the projects - Communicate with back-end support teams to keep optimizing infrastructure construction - Conduct consistent tracking of project performance metrics as required. Able to identify and come up with improvement plans for responsible projects

Requisiti del candidato:

Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Business or a related fields - Able to commit to a minimum working duration of 6 months or 1 year - Experience in with short video, live stream and content-based e-commerce in the local market. - Proactive self-learner, open to navigating uncertain and exploratory business scenarios. - Applicants are kindly requested to submit an English-language resume.
