What You Will Do

* Support daily administrative and operational business activities.
* Assist with document preparation, data entry, and record maintenance.
* Help process orders, invoices, and basic business reports.
* Collaborate with multiple departments on ongoing projects and initiatives.
* Provide support to internal and external stakeholders.
* Learn and apply Essity's processes, compliance standards, and commercial workflows.

Who You Are

* Interested in business administration, commercial operations, or related areas.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
