In this internship, you will be part of the Medical NLD Ops team, within Operations category. Our purpose is to enhance productivity, efficiency and decision-making through smart automation and data-driven tools. Your main responsibilities include:
* Analyze current project management processes and tools to identify areas where AI can be integrated.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and prepare relevant data for AI applications.
* Support the development and implementation of AI tools and insights to improve operations.
* Contribute to change management initiatives and training efforts related to AI integration.

Your manager will be Kelly Veilbrief, Senior Operations Project Manager.

There are also some compulsory requirements:
* Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student during the whole internship period;
* You are a resident of the Netherlands and hold a valid BSN number (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to have a valid Dutch residency permit);
* Ideally available to start in May for a minimum of 6 months, 4-5 days per week;
* You are fluent in English - spoken and written;
* You are able to work from our Zoetermeer office, at least 3 days per week.
